Terms
The terms on which you may use The Garden Network website.
Who we are
This website is operated by The Garden Network Limited(“we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales, company number 16552976. We are a commercial company serving the Muslim charity sector. We are not a registered charity, and nothing on this site is a request for donations. You can contact us at hello@gardenproject.pro or through our contact form.
Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update the terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version, and your continued use is acceptance of it.
What this site is for
The site describes our work, our services and the ventures we operate. Its content is general information. It is not professional advice of any kind, including fundraising, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Any services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written agreement with that client. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship, an offer capable of acceptance, or any commitment by us to provide services.
Forms and the free audit
Submitting our contact form, audit request or newsletter sign-up is a request for us to get in touch. It places no obligation on you and none on us. Personal data you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, probe or test its security, interfere with its availability, harvest content or data from it in bulk, or submit false or misleading information through its forms.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, design and graphics, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not reproduce its content for commercial use without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, including the websites of our ventures and of organisations we work with, those sites are the responsibility of the people who run them. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep the content of this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. The site is provided as it stands: we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. If you engage us to provide services, our liability for those services is dealt with in the written agreement that governs them, not by these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
