Who we are

What we collect
We collect information that you choose to give us:
- the contact form collects your name, email address, selected service and message;
- the AI Workflow Score form collects your name, organisation, email address and answers about the work that repeats, time used, the cost of errors and the sensitivity of the information;
- the newsletter form collects your email address, an optional first name and your marketing consent; and
- the cookie preferences control stores whether you accepted analytics and marketing categories.
Our hosting and monitoring services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages requested, timestamps and error details when needed to serve and protect the site.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- We use contact and Workflow Score submissions to understand and reply to an enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the business.
- We use newsletter details to send the emails you asked to receive. Our lawful basis is consent. Mailchimp uses double opt-in when it is configured, and you can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.
- We use technical logs to keep the site secure, available and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.
- We remember your cookie choices so optional tools stay blocked until you consent. Analytics and marketing tools rely on your consent and are described in our cookie policy.
We do not use the forms on this site to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who receives the data
We use only the services needed to run the website and its forms:
- Vercel hosts and serves the website;
- Resend sends contact and Workflow Score enquiries to our business inbox when the service is configured;
- Mailchimp processes newsletter subscriptions when the service is configured;
- Sentry monitors technical errors when its configuration is enabled; and
- Google and Meta tools load only for the optional categories you accept.
If an email provider is not configured, the relevant server route records the submission in restricted hosting logs so the request can still be handled. We do not sell personal data.
International processing
Some service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards made available under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and manage any resulting business relationship. Newsletter details remain on the mailing list until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the provider removes them under its list-management rules. Technical logs and cookie choices are kept only for their operational purpose and are deleted or replaced when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete data;
- restrict how data is used;
- provide data in a portable format;
- stop processing based on legitimate interests; or
- withdraw consent at any time.

Complaints
