Who we are
The Garden Network Limited is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16552976. You can contact us about privacy at hello@gardenproject.pro.
What we collect
We collect information that you choose to give us:
- the contact form collects your name, email address and message, with a limited campaign reference where one is present;
- review requests also identify whether you want a website or email review and include the organisation details you choose to share. We may agree relevant email examples and performance summaries with you afterwards;
- the cookie preferences control stores whether you accepted analytics and marketing categories.
Our hosting and monitoring services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages requested, timestamps and error details when needed to serve and protect the site.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- We use contact submissions to understand and reply to an enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the business.
- We use review requests and information you agree to share to prepare a personal review, send you its summary and offer a conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request. Requesting a review does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
- We use technical logs to keep the site secure, available and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.
- We remember your cookie choices so optional tools stay blocked until you consent. Analytics and marketing tools rely on your consent and are described in our cookie policy.
We do not use the forms on this site to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who receives the data
We use only the services needed to run the website and its forms:
- Vercel hosts and serves the website;
- Resend sends contact enquiries to our business inbox when the service is configured;
- DigitalOcean hosts the retired audit address, which redirects to the website review page;
- Sentry monitors technical errors when its configuration is enabled; and
- Google and Meta tools load only for the optional categories you accept.
The current contact form reports when an email cannot be sent and offers a direct email alternative. It does not store your message in hosting logs as a substitute for sending it. The legacy newsletter and Workflow Score routes have closed and do not accept new submissions. The automated audit is also closed to new submissions; its previous records remain on Garden's server while their retention is reviewed. We do not sell personal data.
International processing
Some service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards made available under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and manage any resulting business relationship. Newsletter details remain on the mailing list until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the provider removes them under its list-management rules. Technical logs and cookie choices are kept only for their operational purpose and are deleted or replaced when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete data;
- restrict how data is used;
- provide data in a portable format;
- stop processing based on legitimate interests; or
- withdraw consent at any time.

Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office through its data protection complaints service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, its forms or its service providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
