The needs our sector serves are urgent. We believe the way we raise and use charitable funds has to rise to meet them.
We are building Garden to bring together the people, skills and ways of working that good intentions depend on. That means clearer direction, more thoughtful fundraising and close attention to how programmes are planned, delivered and accounted for.
We work with charity teams to strengthen what they can do, and build ventures of our own where we see a need. Our faith shapes the responsibility we feel towards the people who give and the people those gifts are meant to serve.

Riaz brings the plans into the practical work of the organisation. He leads operations and delivery, with financial oversight and close involvement in the ventures we build.

Saima looks after finance, compliance and client administration. Her work supports the care and discipline needed to keep an organisation running well.
Humza Aslam
04Technology and growth
Humza works across technology, AI systems and growth. He helps turn useful ideas into practical tools and ways of working for Garden and its ventures.
The team behind The Garden has raised £56M+ across two decades of Muslim charity fundraising, including during their careers at AdShare.

We work with charities and also build ventures of our own, including SDQA and Islamic Wills. Being responsible for our own work keeps us close to the choices and practical demands that organisations face.
