We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We test as we build, and we treat accessibility as part of the work rather than a finishing touch. Some areas may not yet meet the standard in full, and we are working through them.
Reporting a problem
If you find something you cannot use, tell us and we will put it right. Email hello@gardenproject.pro or use our contact form, and describe the page and the problem. We aim to acknowledge your message within five working days and to fix confirmed issues within twenty.
If we cannot help
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can take it further. You can reach the EASS on 0808 800 0082 or through their website.
