AI workflows for charities
More capacity, without another hire.
Charity teams are being asked to deliver more with less. The repetitive work - board papers, campaign briefs, donor emails, reports - eats the hours that should go to the mission.
We install working AI workflows built from our own charity delivery, set up around the tools your team already uses. Your people keep the judgement. A named person approves anything before it leaves the building.
01
Why the moment is now
76% of UK charities now use AI, and only 2% describe their use as strategic (Charity Digital Skills Report 2025). Most teams are exploring on their own, without the time to turn curiosity into working practice.
What is missing is workflow design, safe set-up and adoption that sticks. That is delivery work, and delivery is what we do.
03
How it stays safe
Every workflow we install carries three rules. A named person approves anything external before it goes anywhere - nothing sends, spends or publishes on its own. Your data stays yours, with clear rules on what the tools may see. And some things we will not automate at all: payments, bulk sends, safeguarding and beneficiary decisions.
We built these controls for our own work first. Charity trustees carry the responsibility for decisions, and the set-up respects that from day one.
04
Built from real delivery
Each workflow comes from work we run ourselves - campaigns, email programmes, audits, delivery reporting - hardened by the mistakes we have already paid for. When one improves, every charity on it gets the improvement. Templates from a prompt library cannot do that.
05
The 90-day pilot
We are taking six organisations into a fixed-price 90-day pilot this autumn: a workflow diagnostic, three configured workflows, training for your team, a governance pack, weekly support and a report your board can read. The price is £2,500 for the ninety days, invoiced once. If the value is not proven by day 90, you walk away with everything documented.
Organisations that start in September go into Ramadan planning with their workflows installed and proven.
What we install
Leadership and board
Meeting preparation from prior papers, decision and action tracking, first drafts of board papers, and a monthly leadership brief.
Fundraising and communications
Campaign briefs from approved project information, first-draft donor emails and social copy, quality checks against evidence and tone, campaign calendars, and post-campaign reporting.
Digital assurance
Website and donation-journey checks, consent and accessibility checklists, supplier briefs, an analytics gap report, and a monthly digital issue register.
Each workflow produces first drafts and checklists for your team to approve. The judgement stays human.
Where does your week actually go?
Five questions. We reply with a short assessment of which workflows would return the most time, and whether a pilot is worth it for you.
